Concussion Management Policy
The Concussion Management Policy (the “CMP”) of Fury FC implements a standard operating procedure for the managing and monitoring concussion injuries of Fury FC players. A concussion is a mild traumatic brain injury that occurs when a bump, blow or jolt to the head or body that causes the head and brain to move quickly back and forth. It is followed by a change in behavior or performance.
The CMP is effective as of the adoption date and began in the Spring season of 2015/2016 seasonal year and remains in effect. The policy can be found here:

Concussion App
- All coaches must take and pass a concussion safety course along with downloading to their smartphones an app called PAR CRR which is a new tool that helps coaches and parents recognize whether an individual is exhibiting/reporting the signs and symptoms of a suspected concussion.
